DisneyWorld

In May, the children called Keyan and I into the movie room and gave us a very well put together presentation on why we should go to DisneyWorld on a vacation.   So, after some discussion/debate, Keyan and I decided to plan a trip to DisneyWorld/Universal Studios for the summer, knowing that summer is the worst time to go (heat, long lines).  BUT WE HAD FUN ANYWAYS!

Butter Beer was a hit....although, Keyan, Sam, and I liked the frozen Butter Beer best.

 Sam really wanted to buy a Goofy hat.....mom was not convinced that was such a good idea.  Will a picture suffice?

We loved all the new parts to Magic Kingdom, including the new "Tangled" area.

The new Beauty and the Beast castle and area.

 The new Gringotts Ride at Universal Studios.  It had such a long wait time, so when the time posted was 45 minutes, we decided to go ahead and do it.  At least there was a lot to look at while waiting.

Elyse was so excited that she was tall enough to go on some of the "thrill" rides.  

We stayed at the Art of Animation Resort on Disney property.  The highlight was the music that was playing underwater in the pool.
