Well, the much anticipated day of Mara moving into her dorm at CU Boulder arrived. It went pretty smooth, except for waiting in line at Bed, Bath, and Beyond with the rest of the CU student body (or so it seemed). Mara is living in an apartment style dorm, with 3 other roommates, 1 bathroom, and a kitchen and living area. It has a good amount of room, for a college dorm.
This was the sad face Mara wore most of the time. New experiences are hard....but necessary. Just hope she can make some good friends while she's there. I know the class part of college she'll love and be awesome at....it's the social aspect that will be a bit more challenging.
