Mara was selected to participate in the talent show at school "Ruckel Idol." She sang "A Bit of Earth" from "The Secret Garden" and did a beautiful job, winning 3rd place as a result of her performance.
She also played "Baby Elephant Walk" on her flute with 2 other flutists, and was brave enough to wear a pair of elephant ears while she played! Too bad I don't have a picture of that!
