Sam's Christmas program

Sam had a Kindergarten Christmas Program this week. It was nice to still be able to hear songs about Baby Jesus in the school. Silent Night was the "finale." It's nice to live in a conservative area.

The Kindergartners were supposed to wear their Christmas best. Well, we didn't really have anything, so I offered to make Sam a Christmas tie. He got to choose the fabric out of some scraps I had lying around. Do I know how to make a tie? No! But, I cut and pieced and voila, he had a tie with a Christmas penguin on it. I thought it was cute.
