I was caught unprepared for Groundhog Day.....I didn't even realize it until I was listening to the radio that afternoon. So, Elyse and I kicked into high gear and hurried to make a groundhog cake. It's not much to look at.....
I guess this groundhog won't be seeing the early Spring!
